NNIHOME Return & Exchange Policy

At INNIHOME, we design with intention and craft with soul. We want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your home, we’re here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Peace of Mind Returns

We welcome returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact our concierge team at hello@innihomeliving.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., style/size change), a flat $6.99 shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

2. Damages & Issues (Instant Peace of Mind)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged during its global journey, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@innihomeliving.com with a quick photo of the issue.

We will evaluate the problem immediately and either ship a brand-new replacement or issue a 100% full refund—no need to go through the hassle of shipping the damaged item back to us.

3. Exchanges & Refunds

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out to us at hello@innihomeliving.com.
